Personal Guarantee/Cosigner
If you think that you may not meet the income criteria, or have a poor rental history, you should consider getting a cosigner. This form is to be completed by your co-signer/Guarantor. In the event that rent is not paid, this person will be held responsible also. In most cases it is a parent or guardian. This form must be included with your application.
Identificaltion
Along with your application, we need a copy of your driver's license, and if you are turning in a Personal Guarantee Form, a copy of your parent/guardian's driver's license will also be needed.
Reserving to Rent (Reserving Your New Place)
If you would like to reserve your unit in advance, you may fill out this form. In order to validate this reservation you must also accompany it with a deposit, made payable to "Hill Properties" for the amount of the security deposit. Upon residency, this will be used as your security deposit, and will be refunded when you move out. If you decided not to move in, this reservation will not be refunded.
