Please note that the 3 bedroom units are exactly the same as the 4 bedroom units except with one room being locked off.

Utility credit on 2 bedroom units is up to the amount charge on utility billing, not to exceed $100 per unit monthly. For example, if utility charge for the month is $50, then utility credit will be $50. In addition, if utility charge for the month is $150, then utility credit will only be $100 and resident would be responsible for the additional $50.

Small pets are welcome at Pomona Apartments but must be spayed or neutered. A pet deposit is required in the amount of $200 per animal and a pet policy agreement is required to be signed. Dogs must be less than 25 lbs and in the complete control of owner at all times.
